Welcome to Swift Facilities Management (SFM). These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By engaging our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

SFM provides facilities management services including but not limited to security, cleaning, maintenance, waste management, and grounds maintenance. All services are subject to availability and specific terms agreed upon in individual service contracts.

3. Service Agreements

All services provided by SFM are governed by specific service agreements. These agreements outline the scope of work, service levels, pricing, and duration. Clients must review and agree to these terms before services commence.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the notice period specified in the service agreement. Early termination may be subject to fees as outlined in the individual contract.

6. Liability

SFM maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all services provided. Our liability is limited to the extent specified in individual service agreements and in accordance with applicable law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Health and Safety

SFM is committed to maintaining the highest health and safety standards. All personnel are trained and comply with relevant health and safety legislation. Clients must provide a safe working environment and notify us of any hazards.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation continues after the termination of services.

9. Data Protection

SFM complies with all applicable data protection legislation including GDPR. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We maintain appropriate security measures to protect client data.

10. Changes to Terms

SFM reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients in advance. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
